Excellent, customer service was beyond our expectations Recently we visited 3 music stores in Medford, and to our delight the last place we visited was Artistic Piano. The information that they gave to us was accurate, as we did some checking on our own as well. We appreciated the honesty, and the no pressure sales we received.
